摘要
针对目前农用拖拉机在工作过程中转向操作费力、驾驶员劳动强度高的现象,在原拖拉机人工驾驶液压转向系统的基础上,设计了一种自动控制的液压转向系统。该系统通过电磁换向阀及反馈信号的通断实现拖拉机转向定量与变量系统的转换,进而实现人工操作和无人驾驶的自由切换。自动控制系统的导航信号采用具有GPS、GLONASS和北斗三个导航系统的基站,在工作时控制系统自动选取信号较强的导航系统,实现了位置信号准确。
In allusion to the phenomenon that the working process of the steering operation is arduous and the driver's labor in- tensity is high, a kind of hydraulic system with automatic steering control is designed, the principle of the hydraulic system de- sign, control method and parts" selection are briefly introduced. The system can convert between tractor steering quantitative and variable system through the on and off of electromagnetic directional valve and feedback signal of the system, and then can convert between manual and unmanned operation freely. Navigation signal of the automatic control system adopts three base stations including GPS, GLONASS and Beidou, the control system picks up the strongest signals of the three base stations automatically when it works, and so position signal can be more accurate finally.
