摘要
介绍了体质健康信念及体育锻炼行为的内涵,指出了体质健康与体育锻炼行为的内在逻辑.通过对大学生体质健康信念的测量,进而分析了体质健康信念对大学生体育锻炼行为的如下作用:强化体育锻炼行为的自觉度;提升体育锻炼行为的坚毅度;激发体育锻炼行为的潜能;保障体育锻炼行为的常态化.对大学生体质健康信念与行为的干预,可推动大学生体质健康水平的提高.结合实际,提出了一个具体的大学生体质健康信念与行为的干预方案.
This paper introduces the connotation of physical health belief and physical exercise behaviors and points out the inherent logic between the two. Based on the relative measurement of college students, the paper analyzes the effects of physical health belief on physical exercise behaviors, including strengthening self-consciousness, enhancing perseverance, stimulating the potential and ensuring the normalization of physical exercise behaviors. The intervention of college students' physical health belief and behaviors can promote the improvement of their physical health. Based on the practice, this paper puts forward a specific intervention program for college students' physical health belief and behaviors.
