摘要
利用自制电解浮选管对不同粒级萤石进行电解浮选试验,以油酸钠为捕收剂,在确定pH及捕收剂用量的情况下,考察了颗粒粒度、阴极孔径、电流强度对萤石浮选回收率的影响以及气泡的分布情况。结果表明:当阴极孔径一定时,随着电流强度的增大,不同粒级萤石回收率均增大;当电流强度一定时,不同阴极孔径对应的萤石浮选回收率最高时的粒级也不相同。
The electrolytic flotation tests were conducted on dif- ferent size fractions of fluorite by the homemade electrolytic flota- tion tube. With sodium oleate as collector, under a fixed collector concentration and pH, the effects of particle size, cathode after ture and current intensity on the fluorite recovery and the cbstri bution of bubbles were investigated. The results show that when cathode aperture is determined, the flotation recovery of fluorite with different particle size increases with greater current intensi- ty. When the current intensity is determined, the different parti- cle size of fluorite has a corresponding cathode aperture, the flo- tation recovery rate is the highest at present.
