摘要
我国拥有丰富的菱镁矿资源,随着资源的开发与利用,优质资源越来越少,对低品位菱镁矿的选矿研究具有重要意义。原矿为海城某菱镁矿,主要有用成分为MgO,杂质成分为SiO_2。矿石矿物组成主要为菱镁矿,其次为石英和白云石。对MgO质量分数为93.06%,SiO_2质量分数为1.94%的原矿采用一粗二精反浮选流程,在磨矿细度-0.074mm质量分数为69.71%,捕收剂LKD用量为150g/t,抑制剂六偏磷酸钠用量为100g/t,pH值调整剂盐酸用量为1 250g/t的条件下,可获得MgO(IL=0)品位97.25%、SiO_2质量分数0.2%的菱镁矿浮选精矿。
China is rich in magnesite resources. With the devel- opment and utilization of resources, quality resources are becom- ing less and less, it is important to study the beneficiation of low- grade magnesite ores. The crude ore is magnesite ore in Haicheng with its main useful component being MgO and the impurity com- position SiO2. The ore mineral is mainly composed of magnesite, followed by quartz and dolomite. The crude ore with the contents of MgO 93.06% and SiO2 1.94% is heneficiated using the one- roughing and two-cleaning reverse flotation process with the grind- ing fineness --0. 074 mm and its content 69.71%, LKD as collec- tor and its dosage of 150 g/t and six sodium metaphosphate as in- hibitor and its dosage of 100 g/t, hydrochloric acid as modifier of pH value and its dosage of 1 250 g/t. The magnesite flotation con- centrate can be obtained with MgO(IL= 0)grade 97. 25% and SiO2 content 0.2%.
