摘要 目的:分析和鉴定王不留行中的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取王不留行中的挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用分离并鉴定化学成分。结果:从王不留行中鉴定出45种成分,相对含量占挥发油总量的61.841%。其中主要成分为豆蔻酸(6.299%)、亚油酸(4.011%)、油酸酰胺(3.381%)、2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(3.339%)、5-甲基-2-糠基呋喃(3.197%)、反式-9-十八(碳)烯酸(3.095%)。结论对王不留行中的挥发油成分进行分析鉴定,为其进一步开发并合理利用王不留行提供理论依据。 [ Objective ]To ananlyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Vaccaria segetalis (Neck.) Garcke and determine their contents. [ Method ]The volatile oil was extracted from Vaccaria segetalis (Neck.) Gar- cke with steam distillation, the amount of the components from the volatile oil was separated and identified by GC- MS, and the relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. [ Result]45 com- pounds in the volatile oil from Vaccaria segetalis (Neck.) Garckewere identified,which accounted for 61.841% of volatile oil.The major components were Myristic aci (6.299%), Linolic acid (4.011%), 9 (Z)-Octadecenamide (3.381%), 2,2'-Methylenebis (6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) (3.339%), 5-Methyl-2-furfurylfuran (3.197%), Methyl trans-9-Octadecenoate (3.095%). [ Conclusion ]This is the first time to identify the volatile oil components in Vaccaria segetalis (Neck.) Garcke which should provide a theoretical basis for the further development and the rational use.
