摘要 飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)是一种新的矫正近视与散光的角膜屈光手术,相较于准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)而言,其切口更小,理论上更好地维持了角膜结构的稳定性而受到广泛的关注.SMILE术后的效果、视觉质量、角膜生物力学以及并发症等是目前的研究热点.与此同时,角膜基质微透镜的再利用使得SMILE矫正远视成为可能,并且可能会成为未来的研究热点.现笔者对SMILE的研究进展进行阐述. Small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) has emerged as a new kind of corneal refractive surgery for correct myopia and astigmatism. SMILE is widely concerned because its incision is small and it can maintain corneal structure better compared with laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Many studies now focus on visual outcomes, optical quality, corneal biomechanical changes after SMILE as well as on complications associated to this technique. Simultaneously, the reuse of the refractive lenticules has make it possible to correct hyperopia with SMILE, which will become the heat spot in the future. This paper reviews the recent research progress on SMILE.
