包容性发展下乡村女性旅游创业路径研究——以蓟县农家乐为例

Research on Rural Females' Tourism Entrepreneurship Paths from the Perspective of Inclusive Development——A Case Study of Jixian Farmhouse

近年来,伴随乡村旅游的蓬勃发展,乡村女性以不同的方式参与旅游创业活动,成为乡村旅游开发的重要主体。乡村女性通过旅游创业,增加了家庭收入,推动了乡村社会发展。但乡村女性创业受到多方面因素的制约,突显诸多问题,而包容性发展是新时期经济与社会发展的一个新方向,在此视角下,通过案例调研,分析蓟县乡村女性旅游创业的现状,寻找亟需解决的难题,提出包容性发展下的创业路径,即推进旅游创新,实现经济持续增长的经济包容;提高创业能力,提升旅游参与水平的社会包容;加强政策扶持,提供平等发展机会的制度包容。本文有望实现乡村女性旅游创业的减贫目标,推动乡村复兴和社会进步。

In recent years, with the rapid development of rural tourism, rural females participate in tourism entrepreneurship in different ways, and have become important subjects of rural tourism. Tourism entrepreneurship activities increase family income and promote social development of rural areas. However, rural females＇ entrepreneurship activities are affected by many factors, and highlight many problems. Inclusive development is a new direction of economic and social development in the new era. Thus in this perspective through case investigation, the paper analyzes status quo of rural females＇ tourism entrepreneurship in Jixian, looks for problems to be solved urgently, and puts forward inclusive entrepreneurship paths. Namely, promote tourism innovation to realize sustained economic growth in economic inclusion, improve entrepreneurial ability to enhance tourism participation level in social inclusion, and strengthen policy support to provide equal opportunities in institutional inclusion. The paper is expected to achieve poverty reduction and promote rural revitalization and social progress through tourism entrepreneurship.
