基于福建省深化高校职称改革的思考

Reflections on the Reformation of Professional Ranks and Titles in Colleges and Universities in Fujian Province

2013年起福建省实施高校发展战略,全面深化职称改革,从而拉开福建省新一轮高校职改工作的帷幕。实施四年来,职称改革向纵深发展,改革取得初步成效。本文总结了福建省新一轮高校职称改革以来的状况,并对此进行剖析,探索四年来福建省高校职称聘任制改革的经验与教训。

With the implement of the developmental strategy since 2013, colleges and universities in Fujian Province have gone through another round of reformation on professional ranks and titles. During the past four years, the reformation has obtained some preliminary but also in-depth achievement. Based on a review and further analysis of the four-year reformation in Fujian Province, this article intends to provide a new insight into the experience of reformation on professional ranks and titles in colleges and universities.
