Research on Means and Mechanism to Stimulate College Staff to Fulfill Chinese Dream Meritorious

高校教职工在实现"中国梦"中扮演着重要的角色,但是迄今鲜有文献探究他们如何履行好这一角色的问题。文章首先从理论上阐释高校教职工在实现"中国梦"中的地位、方位与工作定位;其次分析阻碍高校教职工建功立业的关键因素;最后,构建激发高校教职工建功立业的长效机制。这些研究有助于把"中国梦"转化为高校教职工发展所需要的精神追求,激发其建功立业的信念与行动。

College stall＂ plays a critical role of achieving ＂Chinese dream＂, but few literature explores how they fulfill the role well. Firstly, the article theoretically explains college staff＇s position, orientation and job location in the course of accomplishing ＂＇Chinese dream＂; Secondly, analyzes key factors to hinder college staff＂ meritorious; Finally, build long-term mechanism to stimulate college staff meritorious. These studies help ＂Chinese dream＂ transform the required spirit pursuit of college staff＂ development, arouse beliei; and actions that college staff makes meritorious.
