摘要
针对经管类专业学生,在销售管理教学中应用情景模拟教学法,可以使课程更加生动,便于学生理解与掌握。本文针对传统企业管理情景模拟法中销售管理教学内容抽象、教学过程难以控制、成绩评定忽略过程评价等问题,在教学设计中,将销售管理情景模拟教学过程设计为理论基础认知、销售基础数据管理、销售计划管理、销售订单管理、收发货管理、销售服务管理等六个环节,实行流程化教学,并在各个环节考评规则中体现评价的过程性。课程反馈结果表明,该创新设计达到了优化教学流程的目标,在提升学生对企业销售管理的理解水平及实践能力等方面有较明显的效果。
For the students majoring in economics and management, the application of scenario simulation teaching method in the teaching of sales management can make the curriculum more vivid and easy for students to understand and nlaster. According to the traditional enterprise management sales management method in the scene simulation teaching content abstract, difficult to control, the teaching process performance evaluation process evaluation ignore problems in teaching design, sales managenlent scenario simulation teaching process design as the theoretical basis of cognition, the basic data of six aspects of sales management, sales plan management, sales order managenlent, charge delivery management, sales and service nlanagement, the implementation process of teaching, and rel]ect the process of evaluation in all aspects of the evaluation rules. The results show that the innovative design to achieve the goal of optimizing the teaching process, to enhance students" understanding of the level of sales management and practical ability has a more obvious effect.
