我国学术期刊优先数字出版规范问题研究——以高校文科学报为样本

Analysis on Standardization of Chinese On-Line First Publishing and Countermeasures Study:A Case Study of Data from University Journals of Arts

学术期刊优先数字出版是学术出版的潮流,近年来越来越多的学术期刊加入到优先数字出版的行列中去。但当前我国学术期刊优先数字出版存在着规范性意识不强,优先出版形式、优先时间、技术流程等缺乏行业规范和行业内部统一等问题。针对这些问题,需要提高学术期刊规范化意识,建立学术期刊优先数字出版规范化体系。规范化体系应包括优先数字出版平台登记、优先数字出版编校流程、优先数字出版形式规范、优先数字出版文章注释体例、优先数字出版物样本送交、优先数字出版物"出版日前(印前)审读"制度和优先数字出版物审读后数字版本更新等内容。

Chinese On-Line First digital publishing is the trend of academic publishing. In recent years more and more academic journals have joined On-Line First digital publishing. But the Chinese On-Line First digital publishing has some existing problems in lack of normative awareness, form of publication, priority time and technical processes, which impact the quality of academic publishing. This paper proposes to establish a normative system to standardize On-Line First digital publishing. The system shall include the procedure of editing and proofreading, the specification of publication form, the stylistic rules and layout of annotation, the delivery of sample of the publication, the institution of pre-publication review and version updating of digital publications after reviewing and etc.
