摘要
100502工作面为义棠煤矿首个大采高综采工作面,长180m,推进长度1 100m,设计平均采高4.8m。工作面进回风巷设计为矩形断面,宽5m,高3.8m。通过采用二次成巷台阶法施工工艺和合理安排组织,有效利用了现有施工机械设备,同时解决了探放水与快速掘进成巷之间的矛盾,加快了巷道施工速度,平均月进尺达350m,实现了安全、优质、快速、高效施工。
No. 100502 coal mining face was a first high cutting fully mechanized coal mining face in Yi- tang Mine. The length of the coal mining face was 180 m,the pushing length of the coal mining face was 1 100 m and the average mining height designed was 4. 8 m. The air intake and return gateway of the coal mining face was designed as a rectangular cross section. The width of the gateway was 5 m and the height was 3.8 m. With the bench method construction technique of the twice completed drifting and the rational arranged organization applied, the available construction machinery equipment could be effectively utilized. Meanwhile the contradiction between the water detection and discharging and the rapid driven gateway could be solved. Thus the construction speed of the gateway could be speeded up,average month driving rate could be 350 m and a safety,excellent quality,rapid and high efficient construction could he realized.
