摘要
钻孔轨迹参数计算是定向注浆施工成败的关键之一,其计算方法有很多种,简要介绍了最常用的切线法、圆柱螺线法、校正平均角法和最小曲率法4种计算方法及其原理;并通过实例,对不同方法计算结果及轨迹曲线进行分析对比。结果表明,在测点较密、顶角较小的情况下,不同方法计算结果基本吻合,但切线法和最小曲率法能更准确地反映方位急转的情况,最小曲率法更适用于地面预注浆定向钻孔轨迹参数计算。
The calculation of the drilling trajectory parameters would be one of the keys to success or failure of the directional grouting operation.There would be many calculation methods.The paper briefly introduced four calculation methods and principles of the most applied tangent method,cylinder helix method,calibrated average angle method and minimum curvature method.With the cases,an analysis comparison conducted on the calculation results and drilling trajectory curves of the different methods.The results showed that under the condition of the dense measuring points and small vertex angles,the calculation results of the different methods were fitted basically,the tangent method and minimum curvature method could accurately reflect the azimuth fast turning and the minimum curvature method would be more suitable to the directional drilling trajectory parameters calculation of the surface ground pre-grouting.
