黄土坡铜锌矿采空区探测及稳定性分析研究

摘要 地下采空区的存在是影响矿山生产开采安全的重要因素,传统的空区探测技术已难以满足矿山的探测要求,而三维激光扫描技术因其劳动强度小、探测安全性高等优点已成为地下空区探测的重要方法。以黄土坡铜锌矿采空区探测及稳定性分析为研究对象,在对采空区进行三维激光探测后,运用Dimine软件构建了空区的三维实体模型,并借助FLAC3D软件对其稳定性进行了分析,发现南部采空区上覆岩层呈现出崩落量增大的趋势,而北部采空区则存在发生冲击地压的可能性,因此需要对北部采空区进行空区处理。研究结果对矿山的灾害防治提供了基础数据,且研究方法对其他矿山的空区探测及其稳定性分析具有一定的指导意义。 The existence of underground cavity is an important factor that influences safety in mine production. It’s difficult to meet the requirements for mine detection with traditional cavity detection technology. The three-dimensional laser scan technology has become an i mportant way to detect underground cavity due to its advantages such as low labor intensity and high safety in detection. The paper takes cavity detection and stability analysis of Huangtupo Copper Zinc Mine as the research object, utilizes the three-dimensional laser scan technology to detect the cavity and then builds a three-dimensional model of the cavity with Dimine and analyzesits stability with FLAC3 D. It ’s found that the overburden above the south cavity trends to experience more caving, while the north cavity may experience rock burst and thus shall be treated. The research results provide basic data for disaster prevention and control in mines and the research method is instructive to a certain extent to other mines in cavity detection and stability analysis.
