摘要
以一种铝合金熔铸生产过程计算模型为研究对象,以铝合金牌号对应的原料目标含量为控制变量,以各成分的分析含量、补料量、冲淡量等为操作变量,建立合金成分配料计算模型。基于此模型,通过科学合理的配料,以降低产品成本,并显著提高产品合格率。
With the calculation model for aluminum alloy casting production process as the research object,the target content in materialsof the required aluminum alloy grade as the control variable and the analyzed content, feeding amount, dilution amount, etc.of various components as the operation variables, the author established a calculation model of alloy component proportioning and thus utilized the model to reduce product cost through scientific and reasonable proportioning and increase the pass rate of productssignificantly.
