摘要
MXene是近些年来受到广泛关注的一种新型二维层状化合物材料,也是一种类石墨烯材料。由于其独特的物理化学性质和形貌结构,该材料在锂电池电极材料、电容器、传感器、导电填充剂和储氢材料等领域具有较大的应用前景。Ti_2CT_x作为最早发现并制备出来的MXene之一,由于其相纯度控制较难,制备门槛较高,近些年来的相关报道有所减少。本文提供一种用于刻蚀制备Ti_2CT_x的更安全、更廉价且更简便的方案。通过X射线衍射谱(XRD)分析其相组成,使用电子能谱(EDS)分析其元素含量并使用扫描电镜(SEM)观测了其形貌特征,使用电化学工作站测试了该材料作为赝电容的电化学性质。
MXene is a kind of layered binary materials discovered recently. It has attracted lots of attention of researchers due to its unique physicochemical properties and special morphologies. Also known as the grapheme-like material, MXene has seized its potential in different applications, such as LIB electrodes. capacitors, sensors, conductive fillers, hydrogen storage materials and so on. Among the pioneers, Ti2CTx was discovered as one of the most basic MXenes. However the requirement of synthesizing a phase-pure Ti2CTx is usually high-demanding resulting in the decline of related reports during the past few years. Herein we introduce an alternative way to obtain Ti2CTx by substituting hydrofluoric acid with a mixture of fluoride salt and hydrochloride acid as the ctchants. Characterizations were carried out using X-Ray Diffraction, Energy Dispersive Spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. We also tested the electrochemical performance of the as-prepared Ti2CTx
