摘要
本文选用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)作为一种环境友好型的湿强剂,采用CMC的预酸化、高温处理等手段来制备CMC高强耐水改性纸张。研究了CMC的预酸化处理、纸张的高温处理温度和处理时间、CMC的用量对纸张的强度和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,预酸化和高温处理可明显改善CMC纸张的强度和耐水性能。含30%的预酸化的CMC的纸张在170℃下经30 min处理后具有较好的外观和最佳的高强耐水性能。
In our work CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) were used as an environmentally friendly wet strength agent to thbricate high strength and water resistant paper by acidification of CMC and high temperature treatment of papers.The effect of the acidification, the temperature and time of high temperature treatment, the content of CMC in paper on the properties and structure of the obtained paper was investigated. The results presented that the strength and water resistance of the obtained paper were improved by the acidification and high temperature treatment. When the content of CMC in pater was 30 %, the obtained paper had good appearance, high strength and water resistance after the high temperature treatment of 170℃ for 30min.
