摘要
冰点是水溶液中十分重要的物性,冰点的测定在医药、果汁、乳制品及化工等领域内都有广泛的应用。目前已经应用在各行各业,与我们的日常生活息息相关。本课题依据对溶液的光电原理分析研究,包括对光的反射、过冷现象、调制光源等相关原理的应用,研发了一种新型溶液冰点测定仪。其优势在于体积小,精度高,用时短、操作简单等优点。该测定仪主要由制冷模块、散热与蓄冷模块、激光发射与接收模块、超声波消除过冷模块、温度测量模块和PLC数据处理控制与显示模块组成。在设计的基础上购置设备元件,组装冰点仪,然后进行了初步的测试。
Freezing/solidifying point is an important physical property of liquid or solution. The determination of it is widely used in the fields of medicine, fruit juice, dairy products, chemical and energy industry. It has been applied in different walks of life, and relate to our daily lives closely. The study on the photoelectric principle of solution, including the application of the principle of light reflection, supercooling and modulated light source, has been studied. Its advantages are small size, high precision, short time, simple operation and so on. The measuring instrument is mainly composed of a refrigeration module, heat dissipation and cold storage module, a laser transmitting and receiving module, an ultrasonic quenching module, a temperature measurement module and a PLC data processing control and display module. On the basis of the design of the acquisition of equipment components, assembled freezing point instrument, and then conducted a preliminary test.
