使用显微鉴别方法对柴胡药材质量的分析研究

目的:针对柴胡药材品种混乱的现象,采用组织制片手段,运用组织化学方法研究不同产地柴胡药材的药用部位的组织结构,明确药用成分及其积累与药用植物的结构、发育等的关系,为柴胡药材质量优劣的评判提供依据;方法:通过制作蜡片,观察木栓层层数、油管分布与大小、纤维群的层数三个指标结合柴胡皂苷的含量来评定柴胡样品的质量优劣;结果:不同产地柴胡河北产的柴胡大部分市县油管密集,排列整齐,尤其是石家庄市灵寿县南营乡五岳寨的油管最为密集。甘肃产的柴胡部分市县油管分布也较多,如甘肃陇西县菜子镇、甘肃漳县、和甘肃策底米家梁。河南产的柴胡大部分市县油管分布疏散,局部。山西产地柴胡有小部分市县油管分布也较多。河北与甘肃产的柴胡皂苷含量较高,而山西与河南产的柴胡皂苷含量相对较少。在柴胡的显微结构中油管和纤维的分布、多少与柴胡的的好坏优劣存在着一定的联系。而从实验可以得出河北与甘肃的柴胡质量较好。结论:显微结构和药材有效成分的含量存在一定关系,使用显微到成分的多重指标控制,突破了单一成分控制质量的模式,为柴胡质量研究提供合理的依据。
