摘要
二氧化氯是一种高效氧化型消毒剂,本文采用营养琼脂培养检测细菌的方法,研究二氧化氯气体作为熏蒸剂时的杀菌能力,分别进行了模拟熏蒸杀菌试验和养殖场现场杀菌试验。结果显示,在280 mg/m^3的作用浓度下,在30 m^3空间模拟熏蒸时,二氧化氯对物体表面金黄色葡萄球菌达到了彻底了杀灭效果,在3000 m^3空间鸡舍现场熏蒸时,对料槽、传送带、墙面表面总细菌的杀灭率达到99%以上。
Chlorine dioxide is a highly effective oxidizing disinfectant. In this dissertation, we adopted the method of culturing and detecting bacteria with nutrient agar medium and studied the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide gas as a fumigant by conducting a simulated fumigation disinfection experiment and a site farm disinfection experiment. The results showed that with a concentration of 280 mg/m3, chlorine dioxide killed completely the staphylococcus aureus on the surface of objects in a simulated fumigation experiment in a space of 30 m3 and over 99 % of all bacteria on the surface of troughs, conveyor belts and walls in a site fumigation experiment in a hennery of 3000 m3.
