摘要
采用D005-Ⅱ型强酸阳离子树脂为催化剂,以叔丁醇为原料,在连续催化精馏实验装置上,进行了脱水制异丁烯的研究,考察了操作压力、回流比、叔丁醇进料空速对叔丁醇转化率的影响。结果表明,进料空速0.5~0.75 h^(-1),操作压力0.40~0.45 MPa,回流比1.6~1.8的操作条件下,叔丁醇转化率>98.8%,异丁烯含量≥97%。
Tert-butyl alcohol dehydrated to isobutene, catalyzed by strong acidic cation exchange resin D005-II in Continuous Catalytic Reaction and Distillation equipment. The difference of tert-butyl alcohol conversion ratio influenced by operating pressure, reflux ratio, space velocity was studied. The result showed tert-butyl alcohol conversion ratio will be more than 98.8 %, the concentration of isobutene will be more than 97 % Under the optimum conditions: space velocity 0.5-0.75 h-1 operating pressure 0.40-45 MPa; reflux ratio 1.6-1.8.
