摘要
按照国家标准GB/T 3884.1-2012碘量法测定铜精矿中铜含量,近期本公司化验室的分析结果与另外两家化验室的结果相比,存在系统偏低的现象。经过对整个化验过程的详细分析,从溶样的酸碱度,硫代硫酸钠标准溶液的浓度,碘化钾的添加等方面进行现场考察,找出了导致系统偏差的原因。通过化验室之间的专家、分析化验人员的相互交流和沟通,共同提高了韶关市本行业领域内的分析技术水平。
In accordance with the national standard GB/T 3884.1-2012 method for the determination of copper content in copper concentrate, the results of the analysis of the company's laboratory and the results of the other two laboratory, there is a phenomenon of low system. Through the detailed analysis of the whole process of the test, from the pH of the sample, the concentration of sodium thiosulfate solution, the addition of potassium iodide and so on, we find out the cause of the system deviation. Through the mutual communication and communication between the experts in the laboratory and the analysis and testing personnel, the technical level of the industry in Shaoguan has been improved.
