Method Research of Electroplating Industry Promote Cleaner Production

电镀行业是我国重要的加工行业,在电镀行业为国家挣得GDP的同时,电镀废水的大量产生和排放,对环境和人类健康造成了很大的危害。解决此问题的方法在于,从根源入手,全过程控制,实施清洁生产,才能从根本上防治电镀废水及相关污染问题。本文立足于国内电镀行业,探讨了电镀废水及相关污染物产生的根源,提出从电镀生产的选料至管理进行改革等清洁生产措施,并分析了实施清洁生产取得的效果,从而为电镀企业实现经济与环境协调发展提供了范例。

Electroplating industry is the important processing industry in our country, while electroplating industry has increased GDP exchange of a large of electroplating waste water are generated and discharged, which have harmed to the environment and human health greatly. The key to solve this problem is ,implementing cleaner production ,cleaner production can solve electroplating waste water and related pollution radically. This paper bases on domestic electroplating industry, discuses the sources of electroplating waste water and associated pollutants, put forward the implementation of cleaner production form.
