化工行业危险化学品存在许多不稳定的危险因素,容易受到外界条件的影响而发生泄漏爆炸等事故,危及人们的生命财产。因此加强对化工行业危险化学品的安全管理。本文吸取天津"812"危险化学品爆炸事故的经验教训,从规划布局、常规防护设施和措施等方面分析,结合工作实际,阐述了佛山市顺德区危险化学品生产企业现状,并提出相应对策措施,对安全监管部门监管具有促进和指导意义。

There are many unstable factors in hazardous chemicals in chemical industry, which are easily affected by external conditions. Therefore, to strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemicals in chemical industry. This paper draw lessons from Tianjin ＂812＂ hazardous chemicals explosion accident, analyzed from the aspects of the layout, the conventional protection facilities and measures, combined with the actual work, this paper expounds the present situation of the production enterprises in Shunde District of Foshan City, dangerous chemicals, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, with the promotion and guidance on safety supervision departments.
