工厂在日常的生产过程中会产生一定的声音,这些声音会对人们的生活健康产生一定的影响,我们将这些人们日常生活中所不需要的声音统称为噪声。噪声根据声音的产生以及来源可以分为很多种类,由工厂的机器设备和工厂内部运作所产生的噪声就是工业噪声。目前来说很多工厂的噪声都很严重,而且声音来源和特点都各不相同。工业噪声主要来源于下料工段、锻造工段、机加工车间以及材料装卸等生产活动,这些声源的强弱程度各不相同,但是都不同程度的对厂界噪声有着一定的影响。本文介绍了各种降低厂界噪声的有效防治措施,分析了声屏障的隔声原理和材料选择方法。并结合工业企业实例,得出声屏障在降低工业企业噪声过程中具有良好的实际效果。
