Simple Remote Monitoring System Design of Cold Storage Based on the Mobile Internet

随着消费者对冷冻食品品质的要求日益提高,食品冷库的监控、管理和及时的维修成为冷库使用中尤为重要的问题。本文基于现有继电器控制系统的小型冷库为基础,进行PLC控制及远程监控系统设计。此系统主要选用西门子SIMATIC S7-200CPU224、EM235模拟量扩展模块进行PLC控制电路设计,结合传感器、控制器实现自动控制,再结合Arduino uno R3、Arduino、W5100网络扩展板等进行数据的传输,以实现简易移动通信端的监控。

As consumer demand for frozen food quality is increasing day by day, the monitoring of food cold storage, management, and timely maintenance becomes especially important for cold storage. This article introduces how to design a simple remote monitoring system of cold storage based on the mobile internet and PLC control system mainly using Siemens SIMATIC S7-200CPU224, EM235 analog extended module of PLC control circuit design, combined with the sensor and controller to realize automatic control, Coupled with the Arduino uno R3, Arduino, W5100 data transmission network expansion board etc, in order to realize the monitoring on mobile communication.
