摘要
对紫外分光光度法和磷钨酸还原法测定尿酸浓度进行了对比研究。紫外分光光度法,测定波长选择294 nm,在0-50μmol/L范围内线性关系良好。而尿酸浓度在0~50μmol/L范围内采用磷钨酸还原法测定时线性关系稍不太好。
A comparative study on the measurement of uric acid using ultraviolet spectrophotometry and phospho-tungstic acid deoxidizing method are performed. The linear coorelation of absorbance at 294 nm and uric acid concentration at 0-50 μmol/L is better when using ultraviolet spectrophotometry, while that of phospho-tungstic acid deoxidizing method （absorbance at 690nm and uric acid concentration at 0-50 μmol/L） is not so well.
