摘要
结合中国东海某海洋石油平台的系统无功补偿的需求,引入了一种新型的无功补偿装置静态无功发生器(SVG),利用电力系统计算软件ETAP对SVG在不同补偿位置的补偿效果进行了分析,结合分析的结果,最终确定了SVG的具体补偿位置,对多海缆连接电力系统的无功补偿方案的确定提供了可参考案例,对海洋石油平台的大电网开发和建设积累了成功的经验。
Combined with the demand of the system reactive power compensation at an offshore oil platform in East China Sea, a new type of reactive power compensation device static var generator (SVG) is introduced, using power system calculation software ETAP, the compensation effects are analyzed based on different compensation position, combining with the analysis results, and determining the exact location of the access to SVG. The study results can take as a reference for other power system including a long submarine cable, accumulated experiences for power grid development and construction of offshore oil platform.
