健脾通络汤合生肌红玉膏治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期褥疮临床观察

Clinical Research of Jianpi Tongluo Decoction(健脾通络汤) and Shengji Hongyu Ointment(生肌红玉膏) in the Treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳ Decuditus Ulcer

目的:观察健脾通络汤合生肌红玉膏治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期褥疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将59例Ⅲ~Ⅳ期褥疮患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例,治疗组予自制生肌红玉膏外敷加自拟健脾通络汤内服,对照组以湿润烧伤膏外用,对比观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组脾虚血瘀证候评分改善、肉芽组织生长状态、创面愈合率、愈合时间等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生肌红玉膏合健脾通络汤治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ褥疮临床疗效确切,能改善患者体质,促进肉芽组织生长及创面愈合。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Tongluo decoction and Shengji Hongyu ointment in the treatment ofⅢ～Ⅳ decuditus ulcer. Methods： The 59 cases of patients with Ⅲ～Ⅳ stages decuditus ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=29）. The patients were treated by Jianpi Tongluo decoction and Shengji Hongyu ointment in treatment grouo, and moisture exposed burn ointment （MEBO） in control group. The curative effect wa compared between the two groups. Results： The treat- ment group showed better improvement of spleen deficiency scores, granulation tissue growth state, cure time and healing rates than the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Tongluo decoction and Shengji Hongyu ointment showed accurate efficacy on Ⅲ～Ⅳ decuditus ulcer; this treatment can improve the constitution and promote granulation tissue growth and wound healing.
