摘要 商业模式会在时代的发展中迎来不再适用的时刻,但品牌的力量却可以承受商业模式的变更 活动结束后,憋了一肚子火的松井忠三当即把他叫住“臭骂”了一顿。当时在场的一些人在多年后也都对这个场景历历在目,因为这种情况实属罕见。 Tadamitsu Matsui became Muji's third president in 2001,actually what he took over was a mess:the turnover of Muji in 1999 dropped by 99.8%compared to a year ago,and its stock price and market value shrank to only 1/15 of that in 2000.There were various problems within the company:big enterprise disease following hasty development,short-term decisions leading to eagerness for quick success and instant benefits,the weakening of brand effect,strategic mistakes,and so forth.Before the handover,the internal mechanisms and enterprise culture of Muji had not been established yet,and its competitors such as Uniqio and Daiso were rising up.In such a dilemma,how did Muji achieve rebound under the leadership of Tadamitsu Matsui?
