摘要
分析了地铁PPP项目建设管理关系和信号施工设计策划,给出地铁参建单位之一的设计咨询在项目中的定位,指导设计咨询如何把握住施工设计中的重难点去完成施工设计咨询任务,为地铁PPP项目信号系统顺利实施提供有力的技术服务,对其他在建PPP地铁项目的信号设计咨询工作也具有参考借鉴作用。
In this paper the management relations and planning of signal construction during metro PPP project construction are analyzed, the role of design consultant in a metro project construction is put forward, and how the design consultant can grasp the essential and critical points during design phase is proposed which has provided powerful technical services for smooth implementation of metro project signal construction and can provide reference for design and consulting of signals for other ongoing PPP metro projects.
