摘要
采用混合碱法制备了立方体状Ni_(1-x)Fe_xO(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.05)纳米粉体,采用SEM、XRD、Raman光谱和超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)研究了不同浓度Fe掺杂对其形貌、结构及磁性能的影响。测量结果表明:少量的Fe掺杂,对其结构及形貌未产生影响,Ni O仍然是Na Cl型立方晶体结构,样品在室温条件下表现出明显的铁磁性,并且饱和磁化强度随着Fe浓度的增加而提高。分析认为样品的室温铁磁性是由于Fe离子对NiO中的Ni的替代,促进了磁性离子键的铁磁性交换作用,从而使其在与反铁磁性交换作用的竞争中占据优势,表现出了显著增强的室温铁磁性。
Cube shaped Ni1-xFexO(X=0,0.01,0.02,0.05) nano-powders have been successfully prepared by mixed alkali method. The nano-powders were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and SQUID. The results show that Fe doping has no in uence on the diameter and surface morphology of NiO nano-powders, and the nano-powders exhibit the cubic crystal structure of NaC1. All Fe-doped samples perform obvious ferromagnetic properties and as the concentration of dopant Fe increases, the saturation magnetization is also correspondingly enhanced. It is showed that the doped Fe impurities in Ni1-xFexO are incorporated into the NiO host, which induced the advantage of ferromagnetism standing in competition with antiferromagnetism.
