摘要
研制了一种添加锌硼玻璃料的新型中温烧结高非线性高电位梯度改性ZnO压敏陶瓷材料。实验发现,低熔物锌硼玻璃料是影响烧结的主要因素。除了能降低该材料的烧结温度外,还能起到掺杂改性作用。该材料具有中温烧结温度、高电位梯度、高非线性系数、低漏电流等优点。1050℃烧成时的主要参数为:电位梯度为566 V/mm;非线性系数为115;漏电流为2.6μΑ。该材料在制造高压或超高压电力系统的优质避雷器产品方面显示出良好的应用前景。
A new type of modified ZnO varistor ceramic with high nonlinearity and high potential gradient was researched and designed. It was found that low-melting additive Zn-B glass is the important factor which can affect the sintering properties. It not only can reduce the sintering temperature of the material, but also plays a role in doping modification. The modified ZnO material has excellent properties such as medium- sintering temperature, high potential gradient, large nonlinear coefficient, low leakage current and so on. The main parameters of the sample sintered at 1050℃ are as follows: the potential gradient is 566 V/mm, the nonlinear coefficient is 115, the leakage current is 2.6 μA. This material shows a good application prospect in the manufacture of high quality surge arrester products in high voltage or high voltage power system.
