摘要
采用企业生产线上轧球的原材料,研究热处理工艺对耐磨钢球组织性能的影响。淬火加热温度分别为760、780、800、820、840、860和900℃,根据组织和性能分析,找出合适的淬火温度。选用合适的淬火温度,再分别进行不同温度(30、40、50、60、70和80℃)的恒温水浴淬火及回火试验(160、180、200、220和240℃),研究处理工艺对组织和性能的影响。结果表明:低合金中碳钢轧制钢球的最佳热处理工艺为:820℃淬火+160℃回火,获得均匀的回火马氏体,粗细、大小均适中,硬度最高。淬火介质温度为30℃时硬度最高,为57.8 HRC。
Influence of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of wear resistant steel was studied. The experimental material was the raw material of ball rolling on the production line. The austenitizing temperature was 760,780,800,820,840,860 and 900℃ respectively. According to the analysis of microstructure and properties, the suitable anstenitizing temperature was determined. After the appropriate austenitizing temperature was selected, and the effects of the process on the microstructure and properties were studied by quenching in the water bath with different temperatures and then temperate at 160, 180, 200, 220 and 240℃, respectively. The results show that the best heat treatment process for the rolling steel ball made of the low alloy medium carbon steel should be quenched at 820℃ and then tempered at 160℃. Thus, the uniform tempered martensite with moderate thickness and size can be obtained, meanwhile, its hardness is the highest. When the quenching medium temperature is 30℃, the highest hardness of the steel can reach 57.8 HRC.
