摘要
以170 000m^3 B型独立液货舱LNG船为研究对象,基于热力学方法,通过液货舱传热模型的合理简化及流换热系数的数值迭代计算,针对该B型独立液货舱LNG船进行稳态温度场分析。依据温度场分布进行货舱区船体结构钢级选择,并进一步研究外界环境温度和装载工况对整个货舱区船体温度场分布的影响,从而为B型独立液货舱以及类似LNG船液货舱结构设计提供指导。
Taking the 170 000 m3 LNG carrier with type B independent liquid tank as the study object, based on the thermodynamics method, through the reasonable simplifying of heat transfer model and the numerical iterative calculation of convective heat transfer coefficient for LNG cargo tanks, the steady temperature field analysis on the LNG carrier with type B independent liquid tank is carried out. Based on the temperature distribution to complete the structural steel grade selection, the effects of the ambient temperature as well as liquid cargo loading cases condition for the distribution of temperature field are further studied, so as to provide guidance for the structure design of type B independent liquid tank and similar liquid tank of LNG carrier.
