灾前全景仿真培训对医护人员救援能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价灾前全景仿真培训对医护人员在自然灾害和突发事件中救援能力的影响。方法在分析武警总医院历次国内外灾害救援的经验基础上,本院联合地震局共同建立了灾前全景仿真培训模式。通过对2015—2016年度拟开展灾前全景仿真培训的95名医护人员为研究对象,分别对参加培训的医护人员在培训前和培训后进行重大灾害救援能力评价,以期加强医护人员在灾害救援知识、急救理论、专业的地震灾害现场搜索技术,以及模拟灾害现场等各种场景训练医护人员与搜救队员现场配合及现场急救的能力。结果95名医护人员全程参加培训以及完成培训前后调查评价,有效回收率为100%。培训前,医护人员在灾害救援知识、现场急救技术、急救理论、现场技能操作、队员现场配合评分为(68.52±9.86)、(60.23±12.82)、(83.56±7.28)、(68.24±6.52)、(75.76±8.29);培训后相关评分为(85.78±6.23)、(78.56±4.25)、(90.32±2.35)、(87.31±8.71)、(91.26±6.32),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过灾前全景仿真培训可以提高医护人员面对恶劣的自然灾害和突发事件的现场救援能力,增强与搜救队员的配合能力。 Objective To evaluate the effects of predisaster simulation training on the rescue ability of health care workers in natural disasters and emergencies. Methods Based on the analysis of the previous domestic and foreign disaster relief experience, our hospital together with Seismological Bureau established the pre disaster panorama simulation training mode and carried out measures to improve medical personnel rescue capabilities on site.(Be grouped specifically. Compare results before and after grouping)95 medical workers who have participated our hospital 2015-2016 predisaster simulation training are taken as research object. Their rescue ability for major disasters has been assessed before and after the training in order to strengthen the disaster recue knowledge and first-aid theory of medical personnel, as well as professional earthquake disaster field search technology. Through stimulating various scenes on the spot of disasters, medical staff' s on-site coordination and field first aid abilities have been trained. Results 95 medical workers attended training and fulfilled survey before and after training. The effective collection rate is 100&. Before training, health care workers' grade on disaster recue knowledge, on-site emergency treatment technology, first-aid theory, on-site skill operation and team cooperation is 68.52±9.86,60.23 ± 12.82,83.56±7.28, 68.24 ± 6.52, 75.76 ± 8.29 respectively; and it is 85.78 ± 6.23,78.56 ± 4.25,90.32 ± 2.35,87.31 ± 8.71,91.26 ± 6.32 respectively after training. The discrepancy is statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Healtheare personnel' s capability of dealing with disaster medical treatment has a substantial improvement.Conclusion Through the pre disaster simulation training, medical personnel' s field rescue ability has been improved in face of severe natural disasters and emergencies, which will enhance the ability to cooperate with the rescue team.
