摘要
目的探索根因分析法在住院患者医疗纠纷管理体系中的应用。方法对2013年1月-2015年1月中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院应用根因分析法管理前后,住院患者发生医疗纠纷的数据进行回顾性分析。结果自2014年实施根因分析法以来,该年度医疗纠纷的发生率较2013年度明显下降,并经统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),2015年度较2014年度医疗纠纷的发生率亦有所下降,提示医疗纠纷的发生率呈逐年下降的趋势。结论医疗纠纷采用根因分析法能有效的找出问题,从系统上得以解决,可以非常有效的降低或避免类似事件的发生,从而降低医疗纠纷的发生率。
Objective To explore the application of Root :CauseAnalysis(RCA) in inpatients medical disputes management practice. Method To make a retrospective analysis of inpatients medical dispute data in the past three years by using Root Cause Analysis(RCA). Result Since the implementation of RCA in 2014, there was a significant decline in the incidence rate of medical disputes in 2014 compared with 'those in 2013(/)〈0.05). The rate Also decreased in 2015.The decline showed a decreasing trend in the incidence rate of medical disputes. Conclusion By using RCA, we can identify the problems effectively and solve them systematically. It can be effective to: reduce or avoid the occurrence of similar incidents so as to reduce the incidence of medical disputes. Therefore, it could be applied to medical management practice.
