艾盒灸配合中药涂药对闭合性软组织损伤的应用及护理效果

Application and nursing effect by moxibustion with moxa box combined with coated traditional Chinese medicine for closed soft tissue injury

目的探讨艾盒灸配合中药涂药对闭合性软组织损伤的应用及护理效果。方法 70例闭合性软组织损伤患者,根据护理方法的不同将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用传统方法 ,实验组采用艾盒灸配合中药涂药进行辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、住院时间、功能恢复及疼痛缓解时间、护理满意度等情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为94.3%,明显高于对照组的45.7%,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);实验组住院时间、功能恢复及疼痛缓解时间明显短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度为91.4%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾盒灸配合中药涂药应用于闭合性软组织损伤治疗中不仅操作简单,而且效果较好,经济实惠,患者较易接受,值得在临床应用。

Objective To investigate application and nursing effect by moxibustion with moxa box combined with coated traditional Chinese medicine for closed soft tissue injury. Methods A total of 70 patients with closed soft tissue injury were divided by different nursing measures into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received traditional measures, and the experimental group received moxibustion with moxa box combined with coated traditional Chinese medicine for adjuvant therapy. Comparison was made on curative effect, hospital stay time, function recovery time, pain remission time, and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment as 94.3% than 45.7% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had much shorter hospital stay time, function recovery time, and pain remission time than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree as 91.4% than 71.4% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of moxibustion with moxa box and coated traditional Chinese medicine applied in the treatment of closed soft tissue injury shows easy operation and excellent effect. This method is low-cost and acceptable by patients, and it is worth clinical application.
