人本位整体护理在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用

Application of people-centeredness overall care in interventional therapy of acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨人本位整体护理模式在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用效果。方法 136例应用介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各68例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人本位整体护理,对比两组患者的生活质量。结果治疗干预后,观察组躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分分别为(59.4±3.0)、(58.8±5.2)、(55.1±3.8)分,明显高于对照组的(53.0±1.6)、(57.1±7.2)、(49.6±3.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗干预后,观察组物质生活评分为(52.0±5.2)分,与对照组的(52.4±2.0)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人本位整体护理体现了优质护理服务的内涵,提高了患者的生活质量,能促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of people-centeredness overall care mode in interventional therapy of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 136 acute myocardial infarction patients applying interventional therapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received peoplecenteredness overall care. Quality of life was compared in two groups. Results After treatment intervention, the observation group had obviously higher physical function score, psychological function score and social function score respectively as（59.4±3.0）,（58.8±5.2） and（55.1±3.8） points than（53.0±1.6）,（57.1±7.2） and（49.6±3.2） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment intervention, the observation group had no statistically significant difference in material life score as（52.0±5.2） points comparing with（52.4±2.0） points in the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion People-centeredness overall care reflects the connotation of high quality nursing service, improves quality of life in patients, and promotes their early recovery.
