肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的观察慢性肾小球肾炎使用肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗的疗效。方法 100例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按照治疗方案的不同分为联合组与贝那普利组,各50例。贝那普利组采用单纯贝那普利治疗,联合组使用肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗后血压、24 h尿蛋白含量、肌酐水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果联合组患者总有效率90.00%高于贝那普利组70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组血压稍低于贝那普利组,但差异均无统计学意义(t=0.6796、1.1744,P>0.05);联合组24 h尿蛋白含量及肌酐水平均低于贝那普利组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=2.8620、2.0576,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率均为6.00%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎效果显著,能有效降低患者24 h尿蛋白含量,提高治疗效果,有在临床上普及、推广、使用价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of chronic glomerulonephritis treated with Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with benazepril. Methods A total of 100 chronic glomerulonephritis patients were divided by different treatment regimens into combined group and benazepril group, with 50 cases in each group. Benazepril group received benazepril for treatment, and the combined group received Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with benazepril for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical curative effect, blood pressure, content of urinary protein in 24 h, creatinine levels after treatment, and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in two groups. Results The combined group had higher total effective rate as 90.00% than 70.00% in benazepril group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, combined group had lower blood pressure than benazepril group, but their difference had no statistical significance（t=0.6796, 1.1744, P〉0.05）. Combined group had lower content of urinary protein in 24 h and creatinine levels than benazepril group, and their difference had statistical significance（t=2.8620, 2.0576, P〈0.05）. Both groups had incidence of adverse reactions as 6.00%, and the difference had statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets and benazepril shows significant effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, which can effectively reduce content of urinary protein in 24 h and improve treatment effect. It has popularization, promotion and use value in clinic.
