二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗新发2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of melbine combined with acarbose in the treatment of new-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidaemia patients

目的探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖在新发2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者中的治疗效果及对血脂水平的影响。方法 78例初治2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,采用信封分组法将患者分为联合组和常规组,每组39例。常规组采用二甲双胍治疗,联合组在常规组基础上联合阿卡波糖治疗。两组患者连续治疗3个月,比较两组患者的疗效及治疗前后的血脂水平。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率94.87%显著高于常规组74.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于常规组,HDL-C水平高于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖在新发2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者治疗中可提高其临床疗效,改善患者血脂水平,相对单纯使用二甲双胍治疗具有更为显著的疗效。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of melbine combined with acarbose in the treatment of new-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidaemia patients and its impact on blood lipid level. Methods A total of 78 new-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidaemia patients as study subjects were divided by envelope methods into combined group and conventional group, with 39 cases in each group. The conventional group received melbine for treatment, and the combined group received acarbose for treatment on the basis of the conventional group. After 3 months of continuous treatment, comparison were made on curative effect, blood lipid level before and after treatment in two groups. Results The combined group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate as 94.87% than 74.36% in conventional group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL - C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL - C） level （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the combined group had lower TC, TG and LDL-C level than conventional group and higher HDL-C level than conventional group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of melbine and acarbose can increase clinical curative effect and improve blood lipid level in treating new-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidaemia patients, and it has more significant curative effect comparing with melbine only.
