摘要
目的研究并探讨不同清洗与灭菌方法对手术室腔镜器械的灭菌效果。方法 400件进行清洗灭菌处理的手术室腔镜器械,采取单盲随机分组法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组200件。所有手术室腔镜器械均接受人工清洗,对照组采用浓度为2%的戊二醛溶液进行浸泡灭菌处理,观察组采用过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器进行灭菌处理,比较两组手术室腔镜器械的清洗效果、灭菌效果、清洗灭菌时间。结果两组清洁率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的灭菌合格率(99.50%)明显高于对照组(84.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术室腔镜器械的清洗灭菌时间为(2.35±1.87)h,明显短于对照组的(10.46±0.71)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器联合人工清洗法对手术室腔镜器械进行清洗与消毒具有显著的清洁、灭菌效果,还可有效缩短清洗灭菌时间,有利于提高接台手术的周转效率。
Objective To research and investigate sterilizing effects by different cleaning and sterilization measures for laparoscopic apparatus in operating room. Methods A total of 400 laparoscopic apparatuses in operating room for cleaning and sterilization were divided by single blind random grouping method into control group and observation group, with 200 apparatuses in each group. All laparoscopic apparatus in operating room were cleaned by manual cleaning. The control group received soaking sterilization by 2% glutaraldehyde solution, and the observation group received sterilization by hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer. Comparison was made on cleaning effect, sterilizing effect, cleaning and sterilization time for laparoscopic apparatus between the two groups. Results The difference of cleaning rate had no statistical significance between the two groups (P〉0.05). The observation group had obviously higher sterilization standard reaching rate (99.50%) than the control group (84.50%), and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The observation group had much shorter cleaning and sterilization time for laparoscopic apparatus as (2.35 ± 1.87) h than (10.46 ± 0.71) h in the control group, and the difference hah statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer combined with manual cleaning shows excellent cleaning and sterilizing effect for laparoscopic apparatus in operating room, along with effectively shortened cleaning and sterilization time. This method is helpful to improve turnaround efficiency in consecutive operation.
