摘要 通过建立电网规划综合信息平台,实现全省电网规划基础数据和规划成果的集中管理,以及规划业务的信息化管控。结合电网规划实际业务工作需要,平台充分吸收当前已应用的电网GIS、生产PMS、调度EMS及智能配网运行监控平台等系统的开发经验,并整合现有电网仿真计算分析工具,开发完成综合信息管理、电网诊断分析、电网图形管理、负荷分析预测、规划可研评审、经济技术评估等实用功能,实现对全省电网规划的"现状诊断—规划编制—规划可研管理—电网规划后评估"的全过程闭环管理,提升山东电网发展水平。 Through the construction of power grid planning integrated information platform, we can realize the centralized management of provincial basic data and informatization control of planning business. Platform fully absorbs the system development experience which has been applied, such as grid GIS, production PMS, dispatch EMS and intelligent distribution network operation monitoring platform, and integrates the existing grid simulation analysis tools, and completes the development of practical functions combined with actual work required, including integrated information management, analysis of power grid diagnosis, power grid graph management, analysis of load forecast, planning and feasibility evaluation, economic and technical evaluation, etc. Then it can achieve closed loop management of the whole process, that is, status diagnostic- planning-planning feasibility management-grid planning assessment, to enhance the development level of the power grid in Shandong.
