特高压钢管塔模拟施工演练智能化系统应用

摘要 特高压钢管塔施工难度大,精度要求高,对施工人员的技术水平提出了极高的要求。施工前需要对其开展相关培训工作,传统的培训方式无法满足特高压施工的要求。通过特高压钢管塔模拟施工演练智能化系统的应用,将施工画面直观展现,提供工程管理可视化控制和技术分级评价体系,建立基于虚拟现实的高端工程管理模式,实现钢管塔施工规范化,可有效提高工程质量,降低施工风险。 The construction of UHV steel tubular towers is difficult and requires high precision, which puts forward a very high demand for constructors.Before the construction, it is necessary to carry out related training, however, traditional training methods cannot meet the need of UHV construction. Through UHV steel tubular towers simulation construction drill intelligent system, construction pictures can be displayed directly, and the engineering management visual control and the technical grade evaluation system are provided. The establishment of the high-end project management model based on virtual reality,and the realization of the standardization of steel tubular towers construction can effectively improve the quality of projects and reduce the risk of construction.
