摘要 分析了影响管制员应激行为的主客观因素,建立了管制员应激影响因素结构方程模型,并通过路径系数图直观表示潜在变量与观测变量之间联系,实现对应激影响因素的实证研究.对某空管局200名管制员定量测量数据进行分析,结果表明,管制能力对管制员应激调节能力影响最强(0.69),安全氛围对管制员应激中介效应最强(0.40),扇区复杂度通过管制能力、操作安全性等中介因素间接对管制员应激调节能力产生影响.本文得出的结论对于更有针对性的加强管制员应激影响因素管理具有重要的现实意义. The subjective and objective factors affecting controllers' stress behavior was analyzed. The structural equation model of controllers' stress impact factors was established, and a empirical study about stress impact factors was conducted by intuitively representing the relationship between latent variables and observed variables through path coefficient graph. Quantitatively measured data of 200 air traffic controllers at a certain ATMB in China was analyzed. The results showed that control capability had the most powerful impact on controllers' stress adjustment ability (0.69), and safety climate influenced controllers' stress mediating effect the most (0.40), and sector complexity exerted indirect impact on controllers' stress response ability through mediating factors such as control capability and operational safety. The conclusions drawn in this paper has realistic meaning in efficient and pertinent management of controllers' stress impact factors.
