摘要
通过实验制备的壳聚糖负载二氧化钛的微球对刚果红溶液的吸附效果进行研究。设定的对刚果红脱色率的影响因素为微球用量、吸附时间、pH。经过比较,针对各个影响因素得出以下结论:根据成本、时间、收益等方面的统筹考虑,在处理50 mL的10 mg/L的刚果红中,各个因素的最佳值为二氧化钛壳聚糖微球用量为0.15 g、吸附时间30 min、pH为弱酸性,具有最佳的处理效果。因为微球负载着二氧化钛,所以在吸附后的微球可以进行光催化,将吸附的有机物转化为无机物。经过光催化的微球可以进行二次吸附处理应用。
The adsorption effect of chitosan-loaded titania microspheres on Congo red solution was studied. The factors affecting the decolorization rate of Congo red were the amount of microspheres, adsorption time and pH. After comparison, the following conclusions were drawn for each influencing factor: the best value for each factor in the treatment of 50 mL of 10 mg/L Congo red was based on the consideration of cost. time, benefit and so on. The best value for each Ihctor was titania chitosan microspheres The dosage is 0.15 g, the adsorption time is 30min, the pH is weak acid, and the best treatment effect is obtained. Because the microspheres are loaded with titanium dioxide, the adsorbed microspheres can be photocatalytic and the adsorbed organic matter is converted to inorganic matter. The photocatalytic microspheres can be subjected to secondary adsorption treatment.
