摘要 提供一种利伐沙班对映异构体杂质的制备方法,以(R)-缩水甘油为起始物料,经Mitsunobu反应、开环、关环、氨解成盐和缩合,得到5-R-利伐沙班。 Providing a method for preparing enantiomeric impurities of rivaroxaban , R-（＋）-glycidol as a starting material, by the Mitsunobu reaction, ring-opening, ring-off, ammonia solution and condensation, to obtain 5-R- rivaroxaban.
