摘要 随着环保和可持续意识的加强,给水厂的排泥水必须经过处理后达标排放。浓缩池是排泥水处理工艺中的关键环节,作者在传统的重力浓缩池基础上进行改进,增加池体高度和有效水深,加快了污泥压缩速率,浓缩池污泥含固率可高达4%~8%。在中山市某给水厂实际应用中表明,该工艺方案能大大提高污泥浓缩效率,运行效果稳定。 With the increased awareness of the environmental protection and sustainable development, the sludge drainage must be treated to meet the discharge standards. Thickener is the key link in sludge drainage disposal project, the author improved traditional gravity thickener, increased the height of thicken and effective depth, which can speed up sludge compression rate, Sludge solid content Can achieve 4 %-8 %. The application of the improved gravity thickener in a water treatment plant of Zhongsban city shows it can greatly improve sludge concentration efficiency and stable operation.
