佛山市勒流街道污水处理厂清洁生产审核分析

摘要 根据佛山市勒流街道城镇污水处理厂工艺及设备的特点,调查了污水处理工艺的实际运行状况,分析了其能耗构成及能耗损失的环节和原因。通过更换鼓风机设备,安装氨氮在线检测仪及优化曝气系统以及厂区节能改造,每年可节约25.78万k W·h的用电量,可降低生产成本18.42万元,达到了污水处理厂清洁生产审核的目的。 According to the characteristics of the process and equipment of Leliu sewage treatment plant in Foshan, the actual operating conditions and energy consumption composition have been analyzed, the reasons of energy loss have been analyzed. Through the replacement of turbo blower, installation of ammonia nitrogen on-line detector and optimize the aeration system and plant energy-saving transformation, the power consumption of the plant can save 257800 kWh per year, and also can reduce the production cost of 184200 yuan, which can achieve the goal of Cleaner production auditing of Leliu sewage treatment plant.
