摘要
本文结合对二甲苯装置工艺流程研究,通过流程模拟计算对二甲苯塔、抽余液塔和抽出液塔设计,以及二甲苯塔热联合方案进行了对比分析和优化,探讨如何有效降低二甲苯塔重沸炉负荷和充分利用抽余液塔、抽出液塔顶低温热,从而有效降低装置能耗。
This article focus on the research of the process of PX unit, using process simulation calculation method to promote Xylene column, Raffinate column and extract column design, discussion mainly focus on how to reduce Xylene colunm reboil heater energy consumption, and use integral heat from Raffinate column and Extract column.
